SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders are processed 6 days a week and most orders will ship within 10-14 business days after your payment is authorized and verified. Weekends or holidays are not included. All clothing orders and beginner wigs are shipped from China to the United States using ePacket Mail (first class) with a tracking number emailed to the customer upon shipment. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service.
